Authentication

Every piece is examined by our specialists before it is listed. Stitching, hardware, stamps, serials, materials and provenance are all reviewed, and where appropriate pieces are verified with independent authentication technology such as Entrupy.

We stand behind every item we sell with a lifetime authenticity guarantee. If a piece purchased from Pre-Porter is ever proven inauthentic, we will refund it in full.

Condition you can see

Our photographs show the true condition of each piece, including honest close ups of any wear. What you see is what arrives at your door.

Returns

Because our pieces are one of a kind consignments, refunds and returns are not accepted. We encourage you to request any additional details, photographs or condition information before completing your purchase.

For local delivery or boutique collection in Beirut, Doha and Limassol, you may inspect the piece before paying. If the item is not as expected, you may decline it and only the delivery charge will be due.

For buyers in other countries who pay upfront, we are happy to provide extra photos, measurements, condition notes or a video call before you commit. Once an item has been paid for and shipped, it is considered final sale.

For change of mind, we are happy to help you reconsign the piece with us. As a consignment boutique, this keeps our promise to both buyers and sellers.

Consignment

Selling with us is simple. The consignor receives 70% of the final selling price and Pre-Porter retains 30%, with no hidden fees and no upfront costs. We authenticate, photograph, price and market your piece to our buyers and collectors. Start selling.
