Every piece travels fully insured, signature on delivery, in discreet protective packaging. Each item ships from the boutique where it is held, shown on the product page as Ships from Beirut, Doha or Limassol.
Cyprus
Complimentary delivery within Cyprus on orders over €500, otherwise a flat €15. Delivered within 1 to 2 business days. In store collection is available at our Limassol boutique at no charge.
Lebanon
Flat rate delivery across Lebanon. Cash on delivery is available, and in store collection is offered at our Beirut boutique at no charge.
Qatar
Delivery within Doha, often same day or next day. Cash on delivery is available, and in store collection is offered at our Doha boutique at no charge.
GCC
Express courier delivery to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman within 2 to 4 business days.
European Union
Express courier delivery across the EU within 2 to 5 business days. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.
Rest of World
Worldwide express delivery by arrangement. Contact a specialist and we will confirm timing and cost for your destination.
How you receive your piece
In Lebanon, Cyprus and Qatar you choose how your piece reaches you. Collect it in person at our Beirut, Limassol or Doha boutique by scheduling an appointment with a specialist. Have it hand delivered by our local driver anywhere in the country, with the option to inspect the piece before paying. Or receive it by fully insured DHL or local courier, signature on delivery. Cash on delivery is available on local deliveries and collection.
Insurance and peace of mind
All shipments are fully insured for their purchase value and require a signature on delivery. High value pieces travel with trusted express couriers only, never untracked post.
